This website (charliespetfood.co.nz) is operated by Waikato Petfoods Limited, trading as Charlie's Pet Food, Hamilton, New Zealand.

What information we collect

We do not collect any personal information through this website. There is no account system, contact form, email sign-up, or online ordering on this site, and we do not use cookies or analytics/tracking scripts of any kind.

Our hosting provider (Vercel) may automatically generate standard technical logs for security and reliability purposes, for example IP address, browser type, and the time of a request. This is infrastructure-level logging we don't access, analyse, or use ourselves.

If this changes

If we add a contact form, email sign-up, online ordering, or analytics to this website in future, we will update this policy first to explain what's collected, why, how long it's kept, and how you can ask us to correct or delete it, in line with the Information Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc. No personal information is shared with any third party, because none is collected through this website.

Under the Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you and to request a correction. As this website doesn't collect personal information, we don't expect to hold any on you from visiting it, but you're welcome to ask.
